Everyone, and I mean everyone knows this.
You could blind test it in some sort of scientific double bind whatever the fuck but it's not really necessary. Every single intial impression this car gets always leads to an emphasis on its CUTE factor. Not cool factor.
Some miata owners report a polite "cool but is never own one" attitude from people.
And that's okay, it can be the cute car in its own lane. Rather than compete amongst the sub zeros of cars.
If a miata has the cute factor, the s2000 has the cool factor.
