Thinking of doing some kind of a spiritual trip.
Getting a light bag, some clothes, and just go somewhere. Taking some money to buy food but also try to meet people and let them give me whatever they want.
Maybe go somewhere and build a little shed and spend some time there.
Bringing no phone and electronics. No books even.
Writing a small letter to my gf before I go telling her to not worry.
I've been reading the life of the Buddha and I would really like to try an experience like this before I have responsibilities in life that would prevent me from trying it.
Has anyone done something like this ? How was it ? Would you like to try it ?

Dude the Buddha sat in front of a tree for a month and only ate the seeds that fell into his hands. I'm not sure you're ready for that.

You should learn to meditate before doing this if you don't already practice, so you have something to do.
You can also ordain as a monk temporarily for a short or longer time, if you want to experience the life of the Buddha. You'd probably have to travel to Thailand or neighboring countries to do that.

Lol
Having traveled fairly widely, let me tell you
Shit is the same everywhere. Same shit, different places. Same assholes everywhere, same bullshit everywhere, none of it is actually, qualitatively different from whatever is happening where you are.
That's a sad fucking fact.

I did this expecting to only travel a few months and I lived out on the road for 8 years. I've been on horsepack, I've illegally trespassed military land, I've been on a submarine and a boat twice now, I've had the most intense sexual experiences you probably can have as a man in modern times, I've seen things that people would charge millions for just happen for free naturally from organic spirit. In every single way I have improved as a human being a hundred fold from where I was, a discerning individual who is highly mindful and aware. I still have so much further I can go as well, but at the time I'm in a house festering for the sake of my brother and father, who I love dearly and will gladly do this for as long as it takes. But soon I will be out again. Just in my first three years of traveling I met people more influential in this world than anyone you know about on TV and was allowed by life to drift without plan in gatherings and events that you will never find out about online, entirely positive ones that are constructing things vast beyond the shadow of our society.
I highly recommend it, knowing full well that Eris is your sole companion on such a journey and you are openly accepting the universe roll all its dice and reign chaos. It's all a gamble, and if you don't whine a lot when you lose the house usually turns favor.

I like bringing my tin whistle with me on a walk and play a few tunes somewhere quiet

My brother and Dad needed help with the family business, and if it falls through all my siblings will basically be fucked. My family has always been extremely good to me, so I do the same for them.

Nothing is profound it's all a joke that's funny as fuck. I've met with Brock Pierce about 3 times and I'm pretty sure I met a disguised Epstein at one of his parties in Puerto Rico that was being used to advertise crypto business infrastructure to the local populace. I could've personally killed Epstein and changed literally the entire reality we are in right now dramatically, if I had the foresight and insight necessary at the time. Anyone here can do the same it's as easy as quitting your job and wandering around to meet people for a few years.
