I would starve sooner than eat a gypsy, Hindoo, Negro, Irishman, South Italian, Albanian, Jew, most Slavic peoples, Laplanders Eskimaux, Cajuns or other savage peoples. They are best left as bait, or repurposed for bone hooks and fishing line.
Except for Somalians, that miserably aesthetically cursed people, whose indolence runs so deep that even in death they cannot conceivably be used for anything productive.
A nice and fat well-marbled Dane, Scot, or Bavarian, that would be my ideal choice.
