>>4504398 Watched some of his live streams and he was lazy af on pixel peeping stuff. I know people generally arent looking, but it didnt take much to see it.
This board used to be really fucking good before gearfags took over 80% of the catalog. Probably the single best place on the internet to dump work and get candid, constructive feedback. I think the general mindset on the internet (not just this board or this website) shifted too from people who just wanted to share cool stuff with likeminded people to people wanting to "make it" and want immediate praise.
>>4504558 /p/ literally got raided by one guy. yes, just one guy. some troll who got banned from all the photo gear comment sections and forums and came here spamming about sony and pancakes. there were also unironic paid shills who came in a wave… ten threads in a row advertising the g9ii… release announcement threads up instantly in multiples… like everyone contracted with the same retarded punjabi marketing agency. it ruined the board long term.
>>4504583 Those schizo snoy posts have seemed strangely lacking lately, I guess him being finally banned would explain it. Gear seemed to actually be discussing gear for a change too which should've been the biggest sign.
>>4504607 the most prolifically used proxy tools were also being used by pedophiles >before security enhancements and heroic 4chan staff effort >everyone is unbannable >literally nothing jannies can do >CP posters everywhere >unironic shills posting flat out ads >your device is only fingerprinted a little
>after: >bans work, phoneposters have harder time ban evading also >only government shill bots on /pol/ and /b/ posting the same thread over and over >CP spammers BTFO >your device is significantly more fingerprinted and they can theoretically assign you a static ID regardless of cookies and your IP address
>>4504613 >bans work, phoneposters have harder time ban evading also yeah i've noticed that i can't phone post while i'm waiting around for appointments anymore kek
>>4504663 Not on my a6700 But it s latest aspc model I ve heard a lot of ppl complaining about this but on older cameras. Maybe they fixed it with the latest firmware or something for my camera
>>4504767 It was an auto white balance thing on the a7iii and older under cheap amazon video lights.
The goblina image is derived by an incompetent s9 vs a7c review where she had both cameras colors swinging between green tinted piss yellow and magenta poisoned ice blue and constantly fucked up exposure. On both.
Auto modes on pro cameras are low priority for R&D because the people that are actually meant to buy these things don’t use them or only use them to get close and edit the raw later or use AE lock and program/expo comp shift.
>>4504850 Her whole channel is pretty retarded, I came across it once in my recommended. It's also of note that her picture is the only example ever posted for the green meme, as it only seemed to affect her kek.
>>4504285 Everyone in the photo has been edited to exaggerate one of their features. Pink bucket hat guy's nose has been edited, guy on the far left has had his ears enlarged, manlet has been shortened etc.
>>4508163 >>4508159 n. cal poster from above. i'd make the about 2hr drive to sf. chinatown would be a natural point of interest since it looks awesome and is right next to the leica store
>>4504282 The dude on the far right(not the mass shooter) is the only decent looking guy in the bunch. He knows it, and he regrets going to that meetup.
>>4507910 some boards are just too weird now to risk meeting up with people. i actually met a few femanons from /soc/, that's how good this site was for a while. i doubt any remain on there now and i doubt there are any on /p/.
>>4512402 its furries fault unironically. we used to ruthlessly exclude them and it kept every board normal. now they have their own board, and they aren't being ruthlessly excluded because all the users are newfags who don't remember what happens when you don't... and haven't realized it's them yet. On old 4chan, we noticed that whenever a furry was banned everything got more peaceful even if it apparently had no furries involved. So we banned all of the furries at once, and the site was temporarily paradise.
if you can name any imageboard cancer most of the posters doing it or causing it are inevitably furfags. most of the gearfags are furries. the brand fanboys are furries. the neo-nazi flat earth nutjobs are furries. the people with drama following them are always furries that haven't been banned yet. furries haranguing other furries. it's furries all the way down.
>>4512409 are you sure its furries? i cant say i've ever seen a furry type photo on /p/ before and those faggots usually cant help but post weird fur shit.
>>4504277 why do all trendy Asians living in the West look and dress like that? Based hooknosed beady eyed blonde lad. And gigabased tall guy asserting dominance over the educated blackboi.
>>4512414 >>4512410 furries figured out powerlevels last decade and /trash/ and /mlp/ gave them a huge borderline unmoderated outlet. they just never changed their innate narcissism, autism, drama, and stereotypical dog obsession.
if hiro used those two boards to do a lolocaust 2.0 even /p/ would improve.
>>4512502 Wiping those boards would mean they migrate and spread out to other boards, just like how the Tumblr exodus caused them to show up on here in the first place.
>>4512505 its actually feasible to mark their posts as shadow and only have AI agents reply in a way meant to discourage posting again, but would require aggressive machine fingerprinting (already active btw) and a correlation mechanism (to add their other devices to the shadowban’s context) to stop them from figuring it out.
>>4512507 >stop them from figuring it out If they had any ability for reasoning or logic, they wouldn't be furries in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if they're the main demographic that have AI chatbot girlfriends.
