I'm no longer on Windows so I can't test, but can you run Pepakura with something like Locale-Emulator to fix the mojibake? Or just use the Check Corresponding Face tool.

Hey, I hope this isn't annoying, but I've been looking for the sheets for this specific Konata papercraft forever. Would you mind attaching them? It's fine if not. Also, I guess other than the head parts, the rest of those pieces might be for her finger?
