Imagine if a federal voting district had 4 Representatives all elected at the same time. People who normally stay home because they live in the “other parties” area would actually have a voice in politics. We’d see third and fourth parties emerge. They’d have to pass laws against counter-semitism as fringe candidates begin making inroads.

The only downside would be more mega-fringe politicians being elected. 4th place could still get into office with barely any votes. Spitballing: don’t have equal voting power in Congress?
