You drank the cool aid. Israel isn't "afraid" of dirty atom bombs. Hell, it would cry in the UN about evil ayatollah and get the entire world to invade Iran.

What Israel is afraid of is a nuclear Iran becoming a regional power. Then Israel couldn't bomb Iran anymore at will, because Iran would always have the option to retaliate by glassing Tel Aviv, and as it's a retaliation Israel wouldn't be able to play victim. So Iran + atom bomb = peace in the middle east, and that's what Israel is really afraid of. Then no Lebanese clay, no Jordanian clay, no Egyptian clay, no Syrian clay for them anymore. They would be stuck in their desert forever, being overrun by 7 children-per-woman-in-perpetuity palestinians. That's their real fear:
