I think we should always have a third political party that exists to be a purge-party, maybe some kind of "Adjustment party", who if voted into power act specifically to take the military and start killing all politicians, bankers, and media heads and then host a public lottery to replace them with people specialized in each field needing replacement as temps who can't make permanent changes until the next election cycle comes through and publically chosen people can replace them, or they can be voted to keep their position if they do well.

This has too many far-reaching benefits to disregard it for alternatives.
