All I can think of are Bahai and Mormonism. yes, there's a bunch of cults and stuff but many are offshoots of a major religion (even bahai and mornonism you could say this) or only have like 100kish followers. Like Scientology is a famous cult but only 25k people.
Maybe "New Age" is? But that's not really an organized religion more a philosophy that is aligned with many other vaguely "Spiritualist" traditions. But maybe you can lump them all into "Western Spiritualism" if you can lump pentecostals with catholics with orthodox with lutherans into Christianity

The door has closed for new religions, everyone has smartphones and the internet, even the third world.
You can't make up miracles, make shit up like the supposed jewish slavery in Egypt, or retcon events as divine prophecies.
Not that what replaced religion is necessarily better...
