it's a dumb question. Like asking who the best athlete of all time is. You can't compare Wayne Gretzky to Usain Bolt because they did widely different things.
You could argue Taylor Swift is the most important person of the last 26 years, but you can just as easily say it's Angela Merkel or your dad. There are no objectively right or wrong answers.
