You can build a system dependent on moral people. You need to evaluate your assumptions. The Constitution was arguably designed by moral men, however they fucked up. The underlying assumption in the Constitution is that people are altruistic and moral. This assumption has been proven false. What we need is a new system designed on the opposite assumption, one that isn't dependent on a future of "moral" men.
