Police arrested D4vd because the DA did not want to charge him yet.
According to TMZ’s sources the DA is still building the case but police believe that’s bullshit and there should be more than enough evidence already.
Now the DA has until Monday to officially file charges or else D4vd goes free.
The DA has spent nearly a year on the case and has been moving very slowly which to TMZ is very odd for a high profile case like this.
