Where is Russia going to attack next and why? What will 2030–2035 bring us warwise, as NATO is crumbling or at least changing?

No one
The idea of endless Russian expansionism is great for defense contractors and for keeping Europe's neighbors in America's sphere of influence, but in reality Ukraine was a fuck-up, their ruling class knows it, and they'd vastly prefer normalization to doing it all over again in a country where they have even less support

I think Kazakstan, Georgia or Azerbaidžan might be it. Maybe Poland or Estonia? They already got the parts of Finland they wanted. Why they didn't take Helsinki – that I don't know. Perhaps CCCP made a deal with USA and now USA practically has Helsinki: "Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the government of the Republic of Finland and Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation as well as Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe regarding the provision of Host Nation Support for the execution of NATO operations / exercises / similar military activity."
