There was basically no opportunity for that to happen. She was working AEW Dark in 2021, then she tore her ACL in 2022 and was out for ages. None of the dirtsheets could figure out if she was still signed to AEW while she was touring in Japan, but then she randomly debuted on TV at the start of 2025 and now she's a mainstay.
It was a really weird situation and leads me to believe she actually was on a developmental deal the whole time.
