I read a doujin a long time ago, probably before 2012, maybe as early as 2009. It was a futanari doujin. I didn't read a translation of it so I can only guess at the plot.
A girl seems to have woken up as a futanari, and early on into the doujin, some kind of fairy creature that looks like a plushie appears in front of her, and she fucks it immediately. I thought it might have been a doujin by Dulce-Q but after looking at a bunch of doujin from them I couldn't find it. I may have missed it though.
