Whenever you feel like you have nothing to do, consider setting a 30-minute timer and just lie down in bed until it ends. Close your eyes, take a brief nap, whatever. I've found that it's quite effective at resetting the breaker in my brain.

Not great advice, there's always something to do. Just figure it out, have a list of things that you want to do and acknowledge how some of them are low energy, the kind of shit that you can do when you feel lethargic like checking a youtube channel or playing a mobile game
