YES. I see a pale human and think "huh, that's a nigga for sure" but your features just blend into your white faces. It's like your nose, eyes, and lips just fade into your skin. Other black faces are just much more "recognizable." I assume that's the same for you guys for us. I have always noticed it way harder to tell what you guys are looking at because our sclaras contrast our dark skin much better. For example, I'm sitting with a black friend and white friend, I'm not looking directly at them, but they are looking at me. I can tell that the black friend is looking at me from the corner of my eye, but not the white friend. ESPECIALLY if y'all have blue or green eyes. I wonder what its like being white and recognizing other white people they way I do my race.

black anons I have noticed that my black friends can tell I'm half puerto rican without me needing to tell them, meanwhile my white friends cannot and assume I'm white, unless they are super white in which case I think they can tell on an unconscious level that I am not full white. We live in the US which is multi racial in a lot places. So no I don't think that. I grew up in a black area but I've been exposed to basically all races. If you grew up in a multi racial place you are forcing this line of thinking: "Not my tribe. Distant human. Dark human."

When I see people of other races it is the first thing I notice, but it's not like I have never seen them before.

Put yourself in the shoes of a person who is mixed black and white and you won't ask these dumb ass questions anymore.

I will admit two things. Reintegration hurt black businesses because they moved to suburbs which removed investment capital and black role models from otherwise historically black neighborhoods.
