Bros I can't take this shit anymore. The allergies...they're overwhelming. I can't stop sneezing, my throat is dry even though I drink water, my eyes are red and people keep asking me if I'm high. It's super annoying.

man i was just saying yesterday how i really appreciate how i don't have any allergies, and how a pollen allergy would really suck, like it's actually debilitating and you'll get it every single year and unironically a deadly seafood allergy might be easier to deal with.
i absolutely love flowering plants and there are quite a few on this property but it would probably be annoying if you were allergic to the tree coom

NTA but I'm allergic to literally every pollen they test for, and then dust as well.
You have any idea how widespread oak is? I pretty much have to move to the artic circle to escape.

Look into SLIT, OP.
It helped me but it got too expensive for me.
I'm unironically looking into acupuncture and TCM having tried everything else.

I've noticed that claritin doesn't do shit for me anymore. I have to use dayquil or benedryl to calm my allergies down. I really think they put sugar pills in with the loratadine.

I'm a fellow allergy sufferer. What you want to do is buy the strongest antihistamine meds you can, each year change it up to a different active ingredient. So if you took Allegra last year take Claratin this year. Do not buy the variety with added decongestant, the amount of decongestant they add is actually very small. Instead buy sudafed separately in as high of a dose as they allow. Each day take a sudafed along with double the recommended dose of the antihistamines. Drink lots of water. If you got 24hr antihistamines, I'd recommend one before bed and one as you wake up, that way you always have a double dose in your system. Shower as soon as you know you won't be going outdoors for the rest of the day.
