Sports is totally unaffordable in America. I hate living in this hellhole.

Sports are actually pretty cheap here outside certain playoffs and ridiculously bandwagoned teams. The Phillies are playing the Cubs now in Philly and then the rest of the week in Chicago and every game is available for less than $20. Looks like the tickets for the NBA play in tournament are like $25. Lots of NHL playoff tickets are around $100 except for Montreal and Philly where they are going for more.

don't tell anyone but.... most people do! if youre broke you slam plastic bottle vodka and light beer then hit fast food, but the bars next to stadiums (i guess you'd call them "pubs" they have food) are packed with people having a meal and throwing back 4 pints then the place empties out right before the game starts. football is its own beast, rich or poor you fucking tailgate.

Most minor league sports and college games are pretty cheap. All the niche sports also have cheap tickets and teams located in towns lacking teams from the big 4 sports. Arena football, box lacrosse, volleyball, rugby, minor league baseball, USL soccer, g league, UFL, outdoor lacrosse, ultimate frisbee, minor league hockey you can all get tickets to games for like $15 or less. You need at least enough people to fill one side of the stadium/arena so the game looks pretty good on TV.
