Baumann et al are near retirement age. Urbig is a bit shit. Won't be long before Germany will have to turn to a dual nationality goalie.

Urbig is okay, he "just" needs to take over the Bayern goal soon. Nobody thinks he's world class, but he can do the job if he improves a bit, and that might come with a bit more practice on the highest level. He lacks consistency, that's probably easier to fix than potential
Seimen will be interesting next year. Hellstern is also owned by Stuttgart, he's 18 and arguably better than Seimen was two years ago. Maybe he can make it work
Backhaus and Atubolu are okay at least. Atubolu is very hit or miss and has more decisionmaking problems than Urbig, not sure he can really amount to something

Don't panic. This happens every single time one of the great goalkeepers quits. Never looks as if the new ones can keep up, but someone will rise to the occasion. Now one even considered Neuer directly after Kahn/Lehmann. It was all about Adler and Enke, and they were not considered anywhere close to Kahn or Lehmann. Then came Neuer and completely dominated from 2010 onwards.
Köpke didn't look ready after Schumacher, and Kahn didn't really look ready after Köpke. This retarded "crisis" repeats every single time.
