I unironically believe my mental health symptoms are due to the fact that all my irish, scottish and anglo ancestors were likely drinking all the time

my genes therefore aren't set up to be stone cold sober every day. I only feel normal after 3-4 beers.
I also get barely any hangovers after heavy drinking and can appear stone cold sober after 10 drinks indicating that my body processes alcohol extremely effectively. But if I live like my ancestors today I'm called an alcoholic
