>Pissi buys a football club
>100% control
>Will probably get promoted to La liga soon

While its cool Riggi has his own club. Whats the point of buying sports clubs I'm genuinely curious. You barely ever make a profit when buying these isn't the whole point of entrepreneurship is to make a profit

something to do with tax evasion no doubt

i get why it's not an argie club since they are all actual clubs instead of SADs here
but why UE cornella?

He's filthy rich. With the amount of money he has, he might as well burn some of it for fun.
>>
>>154242901
It's for his kids to play in
>>
>>154242901
Now he can play until he's 50 and score more goals in Europe when he gets bored with MLS.
>>
the rich just want to play fm but for real

Is the Spanish Third Division more or less competitive than MLS and the Saudi league?

This and also

It's just a hobby to sink time into because he's so filthy rich he has a whole team of people he pays so they can tell him what he should do with all his money.

Money laundering

>Welcome to Cornella streaming exclusively through Peacock and Telemundo

>You barely ever make a profit
You are looking at yearly profits
Now look at what he paid for it and how much he sells it for in 10 years and compare that to a long term stock index

That seems odd to me. I thought for sure he would be a player only and retire, he's too autistic for management type shit, I mean this is just ownership but still. I guess he wants to stay involved.

Messi is... not very bright. I know, most soccer players aren't really Oxbridge-bound types, but Messi is... slow, rather unintelligent. All his investments and net worth besides everyday expenses are 100% managed by another person.
>>
cornellà are in third division yes, but that's the name of our fifth division
>>
>>154242901
If I were the owner of a third-division team in Europe, I’d definitely take them all the way to the top division.

Kek they used the same camera trick they use in pr0n to make his hands look bigger.

>>154243679
he prolly is playing footy manager games and wants to try irl now
>>
well done to messi for getting a football club
>>
>>154243679
>too autistic
>for management type shit
"management type shit" is literally the bread and butter for autists though
>>
>>154242910
He probably wouldn't get 100% ownership of some club in a higher division
>>
>>154245156
Everyone who thinks this way and gets into some form of management always remarks that they were surprised by how much of the job was having to handle tantrums and interpersonal issues with the people working for them versus how much time they expected they'd get to spend on autistic logistics management.
Realistically speaking, though, he's going to have a team of people who handle it all for him. He's just the moneyman.

RCD Asspanyol sissies, not like this...

Espanyol bros we're in the dodlums now

He has a club here
>>
>>154242910
the etymology of the place name reminds him of his connection to antonella
>>
>>154243301
He already has a club here in the third division with Suarez
>Deportivo LSM
It's 100% a tax evasion here. Diego Forlan has another club, Fernando Muslera too. All in the third division. You reduce the taxes you've got to pay if instead of having the money you're investing it somewhere else or somethin like that idk I'm not an economics man

>investing in sportsball
They lose money.
This is part of the big money to start with. You spend it back in.
It's a club. You get plenty and everyone gets plenty.

Jordi Alba was formed there so he probably suggested it
>>
For Messi I don't know. Maybe he wants to have reasons to keep interacting with former football players who also do this sort of thing.

For non-elite players the reason could be that you get prestige

Some people rather have 5 million than 20 million if it means they are a known celebrity in their city

alright THESE make sense
and yeah i looked it up and the club has a surprisingly good youth academy record for how "small" it is
not a bad move

How is babby formed
