>>1315736 So in this file there are several videos with samey size and name. I assume it's the same stream but with different parts cut out (probably skipped stream starting minutes). Need confirmation on that from seeder anons with all the files already downloaded before proceeding with downloads.
Any essential pointers for: >How to handle strangers as [critical] employees and/or business partners? I'm not primarily looking for general stuff that a competent HR should know. More like stuff that a wannabe/hastobe leader (or something close to it) should not just know theoretically but somehow?! get a good grasp on practically, before building critically important business relationships with strangers. It's strongly connected to mental health because: 1. The practice can be extremely stressful if you've been raised to be a one of many, friend of everyone, agreeable kind of guy. It basically goes against everything you are and so you have to massively work on yourself to be able to successfully relate to strangers in a formal/informal but contractual manner where not getting things done can easily mean dire consequences for everyone involved starting with yourself. 2. The practice is potentially tormenting due to ethics (of many kinds) coming into play, having to figure out what makes people tick (motivation), having to identify bad fits as early as possible and then having to remove them, knowing how to delegate and just let people do things their way (coupled with knowing how to express essential requirements in a way that benchmarks success).
>>1315736 Thanks a ton for this. Please keep seeding. Tips for speeding up the download for this file? since mine is hovering at 40 kbps even though my internet speed is 30 Mbps??
Please seed kind anon. There is no speed, but availability is 3+ some fuckers have downloaded and stopped seeding right after. What kind of nigger behaviour is that?

>>1313942 I know this is a long shot but this is mental health related as it is a form of therapy albeit an "alternative" method. Does anyone know where i could get the Christopher Hyatt videos? The full undoing yourself course with all the neo reichian exercises demonstrated.
>>1320793 say what you want about jeets but they were the first ones to seriously think about mental health that's why they later developed practices like mediation and mindfulness excercises Dr K explicitly says that some of what he prescribes like ayurveda might not work openly he hasn't lied about their scientific reliability
>>1323142 Stoicism is based off of western traditions, which are not as old as the pajeet's teaching but old.
I need actual counseling resources. Can anyone provide? something from Positivepsychology.com or oxford university press. I work as a drug and alcohol abuse counselor. I do not wish to spend thousands of dollars on resources.

>>1315736 >>1329391 Thank you anons! My autistic brain wants to keep track of missing membership livestreams so that i can upload them when i become a member in maybe 2 months.
Can you make a torrent link for membership streams from deep dive into perception to the recent one? Pls include the three videos on relationships and attachment styles as well. Much thanks for your previous contribution!!!
Someone please upload new shit. I almost sorted out my life with this guys stuff, and deep dives are life changing. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Does anyone have anything like a megapack of guided meditations or meditation sounds? It's hard finding good content on YouTube, and the apps are paywalled
Uploaded all the dr k membership livestream audios that were shared here (poorfag) and organised in mega , maybe I'll upload with video soon (decode this once on base64decode.org) : aHR0cHM6Ly9tZWdhLm56L2ZvbGRlci9Jck0zVWJ6VCNWa0ZBX1ZnUnRTSUZVaU9tc1dJaFl3
>>1352596 How can I make this download quicker OP? It's downloading at avg. 500kb/s. Gets to 1mbps for a couple of seconds but that is it. Is there a way to speed up this process? (My internet is working fine)
>>1355721 Hey there friend. I've been away from this website because it is one of my "resolution" thingy. I've actually blocked this website through dns, but I've read your comment in mobile so I came back to reply.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It's been more than a year since I've discovered that last mental health thread on this board. I've implemented a lot of this advice in my life. I was in the worst place in my life, but I turned my life around.
I should also mention that it was not just Dr K. I believe that I wanted to change from inside and Dr K just gave me a push that I needed. These resources are more than enough if you want to get out of the rut.
But after a while, it's resources, resources, resources. There is not end to it. In my opinion, the "self help" loop is the last "bad habit" that one need to get rid of.
Although they are great resources, I've stopped watching latest lectures. This self-help loop was becoming my escape mechanism to taking actions. I've started to use them as a crutch, and as Dr K would say, they became a part of my identity...
Sorry I won't be able to reply, even though a part of me wants to know what you would "reply", but I need to get out of this mentality. This is the demon I fight daily.
Is there anything else outstanding ? I'm cancelling my membership because it's just becoming the same stuff repeated again and again. Become Hindu, join our cult. It started off well but, fuck me, he doesn't half repackage the same stuff 100 different ways.
>>1356932 i have watched enough DR.K vids to say it. he never pushes Hinduism onto anyone. your learning Hindu teachings and getting mad over the fact why its not sanitized like western BS. if you get triggered over Hinduism you can choose to ignore and learn the teachings.
>>1354152 >>1355721 >>1352596 Hey anons, does someone have membership livestreams from after "identify your soulmate" The titles sound good, pls share if you can get access to them.
>>1352596 Hello anon! Can you help make a torrent for this gofile: >>1364095 It contains new membership lecs (&gofiles don't last more than a couple of days) Thanks!
it hurts to even ask but, do any of these resources tackle parasocial attachment and getting over it? maybe the Dr K stuff since he focuses on gamers/internet stuff?
>>1379547 yeah from what ive seen it mainly revolves around streamers though, was wondering if he ever talks about attachment to fictional characters. thanks for the link though
Has anyone reuploaded this? It was linked in the previous thread, but both mirrors have since gone down. https://archived.moe/t/thread/1177335/#1178126
Meditation is great, but be very careful about tantra; it is not safe to practice, and it should only be practiced under a yogi's guidance. Even Dr. K talked about it. You can learn about it.
Dr. K says. He also has a free meditation program to follow for free, it's gamified from newbie to advanced. weekly progressions and learning new techniques, and you can also report your journey in the HGG Discord as well. The community is very PC but does the job.

>>1320793 A lot of us are pajeets. Do you honestly think only quora is infested by pajeets? It’s only obvious there because of the real names. But pajeets are everywhere. Especially on 4chan.
I don't understand why Dr K is really good at ì this. I tried to listen to other channels over the years but they all come off as seriously gay or they are very vague in their insights, almost like they're doing cold reading. Dr K instead is specific, direct and practical. I've applied his advice over the years and it's the first time I can see results from pure mind/self-help content (and the irony is that I even had a somewhat popular self-help website in 2008 only for ad revenue lol).
But why this based indian man can do it and others fail?
>>1323142 Ayurveda is rooted in the Vedas, which were made by Indo-Aryans. They came from what we currently call Ukraine, Southern Russia and Kazakhstan. They weren't "jeets", although some of them do have a tiny bit of their DNA in them (I think it's mostly the Brahmans with fair skin, although some are probably quite brown).
"Aryan” is a Sanskrit word. Where was Sanskrit spoken? india. people like you should be hanged publicly for having retarded half ass knowledge. The Aryan invasion theory has been proven debunked years ago, and I love it. You crackers take credit for what Indians have been developing for thousands of years, yet you hate on India for its current state, which was largely caused by Muslims, the British, and the Portuguese who destroyed India and created many issues that we are still facing today.
>>1394931 Thanks, but I have tried different traditions of meditation (including Sam Harris') but Forrest's teachings are ones that I resonate with a lot. His free stuff on youtube is very good and gives anyone with zero knowledge a pretty good starting point and foundation. I think I've got the basics down and ready to move to the advanced stuff but they are paywalled. So I'd really appreciate if anyone can upload a torrent of his courses.
