The MEGA is oversized (15gb!) for the quality but a lossless rip from the 3DS files, there's also extras and additional material in the MEGA. The IA version looks slightly worse but at 240p it really doesn't matter.

I quite like this version because it isn't censored but it also isn't edited for adults like the Funimation one. Most accurate dub.

The official english release stopped at episode 72 and it was never fansubbed. There's only the bootleg garbage, which can barely be called english, probably ancient MTL.
Someone made new MTL subs and posted them as a zip, but I haven't tried them.
