If you can't find a video with subs AI is pretty good at transcribing and translating these days. I use SubtitleEdit which has inbuilt audio-to-text functionality. I use Purfview's Faster-Whisper-XXL engine with the Large v3 model with it and it's decently accurate and braindead easy to use. Only issue is depending on your PC specs and video length it can take hours to create to subtitle file.
