Thread #97901684
Stupid question here, but...How do you tell a fellow player to be less of a terrible person?
There's a female player in the group who, I dunno how to say this, seems to deliberately have the worst fucking taste in men. While she never sides against the party, she seems to consistently pick men who are just sort of bad or inconvenient people to hook up with:
>Corrupt priest
>Asshole knight's dickhead uncle
>A tiefling PC's father (a human who hates his half-devil son)
>A gambler and obvious cad she bailed out a few times because it amuses her
It's like, none of this is hurting the group, but it's really getting some of the party down.
Am I being too sensitive here? I dunno it just feels really depressing when she goes like "Yeah I think I'll start banging Cardinal McGreasy or this noble who is probably a Rakasha, just because they're smooth."

He thinks his wife fucked a devil, which is why his son is a tiefling. But actually his wife was infertile, so she made an infernal pact to overcome it. Her son was tainted by the pact, and is hence a tiefling.

>It's not his wife's fault
Objectively speaking she is the only person in this situation who had any say in the matter so the accountability falls upon her for making the deal.
The father was clearly deceived and the son bears no fault but that doesn't detract from the fact that to the best of the Father's knoweldge that the Tiefling isn't his kid.

>woman
>repeatedly chooses the detrimental fantasy
it's realistic bait, at least.
If it is really bothering you, then you should sit down with your players and discuss this. If it's making you uncomfortable beyond the bounds of the game, then ask the problem player to tone down the offending issue or alter their behavior.
If anything, this woman is showing you that her fantasy is to be exploited by charismatic but evil men. Whst you do with that information moving forward is up to you
