The interior colorist for that issue got the visor wrong. Sometimes they also color it clear blue. But the first time she and Starman meet she's wearing a green visor, it was green during the Freedom Fighters run, everywhere else they've always been green. There were a lot of definitive figures for specific comic versions never seen before and the movie suits too, or at the very least, they're the best ones you can get in the mass-market until you start going for more expensive options like Mezco, Mafex and now InArt.
