new LOL OMG face incoming?
>>
>>11788961
A Ken purchased at 99 Cents only before their hedge fund owners drove them into bankruptcy. I have a Superman Returns outfit I won in an auction off eBay and a 1/10 head I got from a Chinese scalper (also eBay) but can't find the boots and he needs a cape, but I at least found fabric I like for that.

No clue what to do with the left over ken head

Isn't Monster High X Universal Monsters redundant?

I dont like the blurry iris, seems like they're going for a fake inset eye look, honestly I dont think the new look will save the brand,

Lol surprise appeal has always been the unboxing part prolonged by the dolls having additional "surprise" like the color change and water feature,

They need simplify their offering to one ball but with multiple charaters and "chase" of different rarity and market the hell out of it on tiktok as the doll version of pokemon card.

Same with omg they need some kind of gimmick where you can find different finishes with a rare pearly or glittery version or somthing.

They just need to embrace randomness like zuru insted of having set box and pinholes.

New Barbie Signature Looks are out, and there's a new slim Ken body. The girls look boring as usual.

Is broccoli hair REALLY that in fashion?

Hope things pick up for ye. Have a pic of lil' monster girl dollies behaving badly.
>>
>>11796472
The head is slightly too big, and the body in general has too thick a neck because they clearly didn't want to make it too slim where you couldn't swap heads with existing Ken heads and have it look weird.

Personally I think the head looks like a Clavicular looksmaxxer which is kind of funny.

Do any of you make doll clothes? Are there any easy patterns I can get? And what tools do I need? What fabrics are good and scale well to a doll? Share your wisdom with me please and thanks.

The new captcha format from earlier this year makes it not worth posting here anymore for a lot of us, I assume. It's too tedious.

>>11797451
There was always a link to a huge drive of patterns in the OP, but new OP unfortunately didn't bother to copy paste the links. If you can find archives of the old threads, you'll see it.

Amen to that. The captcha makes it tedious to even bother discussing with people.

Is the EAH cartoon doomed to be lost media?

I figured they would get enough complaints to change it after a short amount of time, but nope, apparently it's here to stay. Bummer.

What do you mean? It's still all up on YouTube.

Oh hey those are around 1/12 scale, that's neat
>>
>>11799930
Yeah their detail and articulation is impressive for their scale
>>
>>11797934
I also hate the new captcha, but I guess I've used my main two devices so I mostly just get the "which of these three things are different" ones. When it first came out, it was like solving a goddamned puzzle that I couldn't manage most of the time without random guessing.

>>>/jp//50996001/ has an archive of doll patterns as well, not all of them may be relevant but some will be. If anyone can find the /toy/ archives I'll happily add them to the collection, as well.

Im really not the biggest fan of any of these options, but I hope they do well so we can get more dolls at this scale, they look like they'd scale well to Re-ment sets
>>
>>11808950
I'm of a similar mind. None of these appeal to me personally, but I want the concept to succeed because there are so many props and options at this scale that you could play with.
