The only part that is less common is the black revolver since it only came with one collectible minifig. Substitute it for a dark bluish grey one.
Everything else in that pic is super common. There is sure to be a seller that has every other piece you want for a few cents each.

Ali Express has cheap Chinese KO BlockLEGO sets, I ended up with 99% of the parts for legit mecha sets for about $2 each.
You just need to figure out something that has a lot of these if not all of these parts; what is left over you can surely use yourself or - at these prices - post as loose "lego" on ebay for $10 and likely dump and recover your out-of-pocket costs.

Aren't LEGO Stores at mall really common?
>BrickLink
I've bought sets and individual mini-figs from here, actually buying individual pieces feels like it would be painful, it's a fucking pain and a lot of time to waste and I am looking for something and I have actual set names and set parts to do the looking.
>Lego pick a brick
I guess this is the LEGO Store in a mall for people who don't have malls nearby? $7 seems cheap for "service fees" if that covers the mailing, but even if it didn't, it still feels reasonable so no idea why OP didn't respond or try that? They have a different revolver but they at least have one. At most OP, would need to get something like dark black paint all over it. Not like it would be hard, like someone need to flesh skin tone match shit.
