Depends how patient you are, it takes a fair bit before it goes fully Mask Off so at first it might just seem as overly indulgent, it also does have points and routes in play, so you might not get the scenes you want unless you commit and there are some missables (like i think you need to basically do Mert/Artyom perfectly, including the dressing Mini-game, to get one specific CG on each of their routes, Holger and Berno is just picking them when possible and making the choices they like) and in the case of the Reich ending you DON'T want to be perfect to the guy, but one point short.

Gentlemen and gentlemen... the winner of the official 2026 /fvn/ Shota Bracket and the receiver of the Nath Macben Award for the Best FVN Shota is... AKIYOSHI MICHIMIYA from Tennis Ace!!!

Akiyoshi blazed through the whole competition. He predictably won his first match up against Cameron Baker from By Your Hands 6 to 1 and then went onto prevail over the rather strong Yukiharu Kuri from Morenatsu 4 to 1, but his real strength came out in the final: Akiyoshi absolutely RAPED Mylo from Soulcreek 10 to 1. Whew, I hope Mylo had at least lubed himself beforehand!

Nevertheless, we shouldn't be too harsh on Mylo. After all, he did win his semi-final against the legendary Kuugo diddling victim Seiya Inami 3 to 2, which can be seen as a victory in itself. Well done, Mylo.

One might consider Akiyoshi's victory a shock because he's canonically straight, but really, is his victory that much of a surprise? He's from a rather popular VN, he has the canine appeal, the Shiba appeal, the otouto appeal, the fatherless boy appeal... What's there not to like about him?
