Or these jackasses who say how great it is, do this to troll Indians?
I never been to India or Pakistan. I was in Bangladesh once - which theoretically should be very similar to Pakistan. It was how people describe India minus scams. It still sucked honestly.

Small Brained American. However I've seen other reviews/videos of how Pakistan is so cool - especially in comparison to India.
>Why the fuck are Poland and France so low?He said that France is overrated and he got bad case of food poisoning in Poland. That's pretty much it.
>Is that Transnistria in B?
Yes.

>Is Pakistan really so great?
no
absolutely not
it's one of the shittiest countries to travel to
the comparison with India also makes no sense
India literally has anything of touristic value you'd find in Pakistan PLUS a bunch of actually historically cool stuff
wouldn't travel to either (again) though
Pakistan itself is pretty boring
a few (admittedly impressive) national parks, mostly /out/ stuff
cities are literal hellscapes (in summer)
the UNESCO sites are worth a visit I guess, haven't seen all though, but again nothing super special
honestly just go to the nearby -stan's if you want the Nature
Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan (haven't been to Tajikistan) both have very similar mountainous landscapes
or India, Nepal or Bhutan (although the more east you go the more the flora / vibe changes, so i.e. Bhutan looks quite a bit different)
or Tibet / western Sichuan / Yunnan, Mongolia or other Himalaya adjacent countries
and again, as for India
literally no reason to go to Pakistan instead
India at least has decent touristic infrastructure
so if you have money (i.e. academic western salary) you can buy yourself out of most of the misery
you cannot do that in Pakistan

>Pakistanis see that this guy is a YouTuber with a large audience
>roll out the red carpet for him, spare him no amount of attention or service, ask nothing in return
>"woah guyz Pakistan is le best!"
That's how it be. And no, it doesn't matter if there is no touristic infrastructure, because such a traveler is experiencing the country as a special guest of the people, not as a tourist choosing from the limited and unappealing options available to the general traveling public (truck drivers and the like).
>go to Central Asia
The north side of the world's greatest mountain ranges is nowhere near as spectacular as the south side, because the valley elevations are much higher on the north side, and rainfall is less, meaning a more desolate alpine-desert landscape.

>The north side of the world's greatest mountain ranges is nowhere near as spectacular as the south side
generally true
but wouldn't agree for everything, there are similar locations
also, as mentioned, just go to India (near the border)
it's the closest match
same people, same food, same landscape
but you actually find decent luxury hotels that shield you from all the negatives of the region
personally I'd suggest, though not exactly the same
>Bhutan
or
>western Sichuan in China
Yading is probably one of the most beautiful place I've been to in my life

People who rank India low are soft, quite simply.
Pakistan seems incredible if you manage to make it into the nature in the far north. Though it seems difficult/unsafe now after the terrorist shit that happened in India recently and the ongoing war between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

>We're talking about from a travelers perspective, not to live
no
it's even worse for a traveler
living somewhere miserable you can somewhat cope by learning how to navigate / avoid the shit
traveling without touristic infrastructure gets exhausting really quick
unless you're overlanding
but for this India & Pakistan are both exceedingly shit because of their extremely high population density
if you do though, go to the
>Khunjerab Pass
very cool place

By tourist attractions do you mean Hindu and Buddhist temples? Yeah, there aren't many of those in Muslim Pakistan.

Indian Kashmir is infamous for being full of ripoff artists who make no effort to genuinely welcome you. All they want to do is squeeze you for every rupee you got. Even the hotels will charge absurdly inflated rates that can only be brought down to something semi-reasonable by insistent bargaining. And you haven't even started trying to get out and see the sights yet. From what people have said, this relentless price-gouging is not at all the case in Pakistan. So no, having luxury vacation options does not in any way shield you from the negatives of the region.

>muh touristic infrastructure
Is this some kind of new buzzword? Why would you want a system in place that is designed for the sole purpose of ripping off visitors? You need to set realistic travel goals when you are traversing challenging terrain. There are always people going from one travel hub to another, or from one travel hub to an outlying village. Figure out how they do so, and ride along with them. Barring that, arrange some kind of car & driver service.
>but that will take all day!
If you want to travel off the beaten path, you can't be in a hurry to get back to wagecucking.

>never stayed at an actual luxury hotel
>argues the experience must be shit
anon, your 50€/night hotel doesn't count as luxury, even in India
there is no "bargaining" in lux hotels. anywhere in the world.
even Egypt is bearable if you have a tour guide that pushes away all the scammers
and India is not as bad (scammer wise)
also why the fuck do you even care about overspending on muh 2€
i literally don't care
if you can't do actual luxury hotels or guides
you chose other destinations where you don't need them to make your experience good
again, I offered plenty choices that are very similar to Pakistan / northern India
>Why would you want a system in place that is designed for the sole purpose of ripping off visitors?
huh?
sure I don't want good streets, hotels, restuarants, accessible sights, health care that can deal with foreigners, understandable communication and so on
i get the feeling you WANT to misunderstand me
>travel off the beaten path
and in typical /trv/ fashion
if you don't suffer it's apparently not a real(TM) vacation

This guy is just being a contrarian faggot. Pakistan, idk seems like a cleaner India, but also a lot more religious uptight and depressing. It looks nice in the north, some of the people look almost white, but absolutely soulless. Also he put Poland in E tier and Thailand in D tier. This guy is a fucking troll.
