Where exactly did "Always Sunny in Philadelphia" die? I don't think they definitively jumped the shark until the Ireland quadrilogy

no one ever remembers or brings up the fact that Charlie and Dee canonically have sex in one episode. it barely ever comes up except for that one time charlie brings it up and says dee forced him even though if you watch the episode he was down

like season 11? it just ran out of gas. that doesnt mean there werent funny episodes later on but they just kinda ran with the fame and are going till the money stops.
Mac is insufferable now, Glenn is pissed that his shows keep bombing and i have no idea what Charlie is doing. Kaitlyn seems to have a steady stream of work.

The high school reunion was the natural stopping point but the cruise ship two part episode was where Mac came out of the closet and the implied "they all died and went to hell" element makes for another jump off point.

Season 5 was the last good one. Then it descended into just lazily referencing episodes from 1-5 ad naseum. It's insane to me that people are like
>yeah it's starting to go a little bit downhill...at SEASON FIFTEEN
