Suletta giving Miorine Valentine's chocolate is cute and something she'd want to do, but I also hold that Miorine's really attentive to couple stuff after how badly she almost screwed up their relationship. All those years watching romances with Ariel and Suletta was always self-inserting as the MC. People remark about how quickly Suletta adapted to being a fiancée to another girl. But Suletta grew up wanting that role. She probably watched and read FMC romances a lot. That's why she's initially primed to like El4n and then gets that "Ohhhh~" reaction when she realizes she's already engaged to an aloof high-status individual who's mean to her but whose true feelings come out in a moment of high drama.

If I had any drawing ability, I'd do a post-episode 21 comic where in panel one Suletta's thinking to herself about how Miorine must have betrayed her to save her. Panel two is a close-up of Suletta's face, looking incredibly aroused, thinking she needs to go get that girl back.

Even on the Japanese side there seems to be a lot of confusion about what happened. But from what I gathered, Chinese accounts were upset about Guel's prominence in the mechagurumi manga, and spammed anti-Guel posts in reply to every episode, eventually escalating into posting gore (and images of nuclear plants?), which prompted the closure. It does! TL-nee translated some bits of the interview. I think the eye thing was just a direct reference to the line "the dreams I see with one eye", makes more sense considering red:birthmark is from Miorine's POV.

Suletta Alaska's such a cutie.

It's been a while since I've made any TLs on here. I meant to actually TL this doujin for valentine's day as a sort of mini celebration. Hopefully the surprise hasn't waned since I was doing this in secret. However I ended up not TL-ing it since someone else decided to finish it much quicker than I could. I ended up proofreading it and creating the credits page. OTL

We're planning on uploading it on Dynasty reader as well. I'll have a more active role on future scanlation projects by Project Azure and I'll try to continue doing the short comics translations too. Sorry been a bummer few months with the job search

The translation seems accurate and understandable, but at points it errs a little too much into following Japanese structures, which can make it sound a little stilted. Some examples are Miorine calling Suletta "this girl" rather than "her" on P22 or Suletta talking about Miorine in third rather than second person on P26.

This is fine up to a point as a stylistic choice and can suit some of the more formal characters like Suletta, but I think Chuchu's lines in particular could be rewritten to sound a little punchier. I don't think she'd use phrases like "from the outset" or ""putting aside", or use constructions like "after it changed from what was said". The last one could just be something like "after you started getting closer". In general, Japanese likes vagueness and generalness, while English sounds better the more specific it is, e.g. P7 themselves > herself would sound better.

But overall, you've done a good job.
