It uses DirectStorage, for one. Are you running IoT, which doesn't have it?

That's what you get for buying denuvo.

Still? There's not a single game where DirectStorage helped.

Switched to cachyos from windows 2 months ago. Every single game has better performance. Better frame times, better input latency, better audio latency, even has less packet loss somehow. Winblows is dead to me forever.

So your answer is no. Directstorage is used in 70%+ of modern games these days. Stuff like Diablo 4, Pragmata, Madden 26, Helldivers 2, or FF7 Rebirth would have horrible levels of LoD and mipmap popin without it.

Whatever you think of the games, the technology improves the rendering capability. Being able to load assets directly into VRAM is huge.

That's just what I had installed currently. No, none of those games have those issues except on systems that don't meet the requirements. You're the type of fag to run Windows 10 IoT and bitch about stuttering in games, knowing full well you kneecapped yourself with an OS that's missing key updates.
Thanks for proving you're an absolute liar like every other poorfag on this board. Don't @ me, liar. It'll just be another lie.

W10 and all of its latest releases which includes IoT version 21H2 supports DirectStorage.
Don't know what are you smoking about but if you're thinking anon would see any tangible difference in how W11 handles it and how W10 IoT handles it you're a retard.
The problem is somewhere else and your GPT-sperging about things you don't understand doesn't help.
For once, full DirectStorage supports only works under very specific scenarios, which needs the user to have:
>W11
>NVME SSD
>DX12 GPU
on top of the game having actually implemented it well.
Also can't speak for those other games you said but HellDivers 2 doesn't have direct storage.
