I imagine they're going to complete the teams later. Silver Wolf is going to be primarily paired with Sparxie for her Punchline generation, while Evanescia (Yae expy) will be paired with Yao for the Elation skills.
SW team will get a dedicated Elation sustain (like how Castorice got Hyacine last year) and Evanescia will get something to complete her team too.

...You've been told a lie. Sparxie generates Punchlines for SW like nobody else, and she's also only suitable teammate who can consistently trigger like two or three extra rewards per turn.
Hypothetically you could run SW + Yao + Sparxie + EMC, but then you'd be missing a sustain. Also, EMC is apparently pretty lackluster when compared to HMC (new archetype defining) and RMC (incredibly versatile buffer).

She's good... as long as you have rest of her team too.
Hyacine makes her charging go insane, and Cyrene gives damage boost, and lets her overcap her ult for even bigger dragon. Evernight is also a good option for buffs and damage.
But really, only Hyacine with her LC is really required. You can run Castorice with RMC (True Damage and Action Advance go crazy) and Tribbie (more damage, and fuckhuge HP pool for charging).
