FO4 modding I imagine was basically 'Stalker at home' since its beginning. TES on the other hand took modders the better of a decade for them to be able to turn it into Dark Souls at home.

I do wish beth would treat fallout as such. Its such a disconnect where horror and survival mods are so popular but bethesda still treats fallout like a whacky post apocalypse setting with a 1950s skin.
