I played the Saga trilogy but I really didn't get much out of it. All games felt like they had something important stripped out of it during development with the only one not suffering being 1, but they still made 1 short. In a day and age where every JRPG is 60 to 100 hours long, it's weird to see a trilogy of 60 hours total go through so many changes, hurdles and growing pains and end so rushed.
I get the praise because of how unorthodox character writing is.

Any and every game. Seriously, check out achievements for most games on console and lots of them include a simple tutorial achievement that 80 percent of people get MAYBE, and then the next achievements go lower and lower.
