Bungie is currently rolling an experimental queue for "free sponsored kits" only, basically a free kit only mode.

Will this fix the game??? Probably not...

All the mode has really done is shine a light on how unfun the free kits are to use and how shit Dire Marsh is as a map

It's functionally a battle royale, but it's really to help low level players complete midrange missions without gear fear. If they get through those missions, there's a bunch of free daily resources through the factions that unlock, and losing guns becomes much less painful.

all I want them to release is some arena PvP like TDM and CTF on regular maps with regular weapon spawns and maybe some proximity chat
