not worth it to go to chapter 3 anyway. You need to move the Flea Caravan to its final location (22 fleas total).
You already have the Faydown Cloak, so you'll also need the Bellhome Key.
You need to complete these required wishes:
>Flexile Spines
>Bone Bottom Repairs
>A Lifesaving Bridge
>Crawbug Clearing
>Building Up Songclave
>Strengthening Songclave
>Restoration of Bellhart
>Bellhart's Glory
>Trail's End
>Balm for the Wounded

You'll also need to defeat the penultimate boss up in the Cradle after playing the Threefold Melody. It's not the final boss, nor the point of no return. You'll know who it is, you've met them before.
You'll also need to collect 17 "Quest Points" awarded for completing optional wishes. There's 25 Quest Points available up to that point.

imo game peaked in act 1 and act 2, then it felt like they had no idea what to do with act 3 beyond adding the abyss which was a very underwhelming level
