Since RimWorld is a story generator, even losing all but one person is not the end of the game - it's part of the story. The game is designed to allow recovery after losses.
Playing out these terrible situations makes a story with both tragedy and triumph. It's the way RimWorld was designed to be played.
There's a reason why Luke Skywalker didn't quit and reload when his family got killed - loss and recovery is dramatic.

His mods are so fucking weird. Half of them are genuinely good well-rounded mods that are nice to have in any playthrough, the other half are clearly fetish-oriented content and RJW-lite. I would include the tiny tweaks collection but not all the changes are welcome so chances are you'll want to make a local copy
reinforced mechs 2 unjank looks alright but I haven't tried it

My problem is that, apart from this, it's a fairly straightforward mod that doesn't really fit into this genre and simply expands on the mechanics already present in the vanilla game. At the very least he decided to make mods that add reproductive organs and lactation as separate mods but for some reason this feature is stuck in the main mod.

i also want Anon's opinions on it because i asked what mod has the best implementation of egglaying for xenotypes here and one anon (turkler) said it was that mod but i don't want to pull the trigger and get locked into running it based on just that, especially if it turns out it sucks.
I also don't think it'll really address any of the issues I have with RJW other than maybe performance.
