Otoha ult proc build feels like it has an overal higher damage ceiling for her, but it's also too greedy, you ideally want at least 3 pots that are solely for her, or you pivot into half supporting and nerf its full potential. The skill build can just grab 1 solo rare pot and 3 support pots that work for both Otoha and Firenze, a lot more sensible team building.

If you want to make her god, both. Pen is much rarer so try to get a gold/pink pen and then upgrade/lock that and reroll until you hit the 80% mark. But if you don't want to spend many resources then just the mark roll is more impactful.

This game would soar if they just straight up removed ascension and just let you handpick "records" by renaming it to skill trees per character or something like that. Just let us choose the effects like with masteries in LoL or talents in WoW.
So you don't have to redo shit just to swap out a different unit or disc in the team without grinding for hours and you can experiment freely
