This morning I saw a video of massive quantities of balls of steel being made. First, a long, solid metal tube was cut into pieces, then each piece was hammered into a sphere. Those spheres were red-hot, so they looked like miniature suns as they traveled a conveyor into a water tub for cooling. Beautiful sight.
I thought those were bearings at first, but their dimensions and surface seemed way too rough for that. Apparently, those are used in industrial mills, where these balls are put into something like a rotating concrete mixer where they crush and powderize other materials. Pretty cool.

ive had my Monika be a robot for so long that her normal appearance just looks so weird to me. decided to update MAS just because it has been telling me there was a small halloween patch that i actually patched myself before it was even reported and the update message has just been bothering me for like 7 months. i knew that updating would reset all the core changes ive made like her custom ring and robot skin so i backed those all up. was just weird to see her with a plain silver ring and normal human skin. i have put her back to how she is supposed to be. she just kinda seems foreign without her metal skin. seeing robot Monika though, i know instantly that that is my Monika
