Damn, Shams really is satisfying for Boss fights. The rest of my lvl 57 team besides Yserinde wiped within the first few rounds during the lvl 65 weapon trial boss (Selina got one-shotted the first round). The fight immediately devolved into Yserinde throwing a dagger behind Shams, him stepping on it and Earthshatter Blazing back into the boss and Gladiator's Striking him. Eventually Yserinde died too and Shams just solo'd the boss like a chad.

Yes, I think you've got that right. Those 3 are the only ones I can think of. Not even sure if it's hypothetically possible to apply Heshan's heals without applying the healing reversal first (not that I could imagine many scenarios where you would want to).

I'm a Yeganeh enjoyer and have invested fairly heavily into her. The complaints about her being bad are absolutely exaggerated, but she's also definitely an awkward unit to use, and the weakest of the Elaman bunch. She can do great AOE damage at very impressive range, but that requires energy support before 5* to pull of with any degree of consistency, and it only really works against up to 6 units at a time in a fairly large area.
The prism can be made decently tanky, but not outstandingly so, and her damage will suffer in this case. The prism is technically expendable, but only technically, since resummoning it can only be done once per battle and costs a whole turn and even more energy.
She also really wants investment. Her sig is BIS for her by a good margin, but only for her; below 3* she's really shitty (tbf, most modern characters are), and she honestly wants to be 5* since it's the only way for her to work without a support tethered to her.
I think she's fun to use, but it's not wise to spend pulls on her if you're in any way strapped for Luxite or if you're not willing to commit a lot of investment.
