Valve steals money from peoples wallets, their servers should flare up and off itself lol stupid fucking lib kike rats
>im gonna make a tread about the skins instead of the gameplay
can you solve captchas?
>>
>>
>>
>>2505747
I don't even think its reporting, its just the nature of winning consistently in these types of games.
If you're holding a solid win rate you're just going to play with people who also hold similar winrates, who are bored smurf accounts and other degenerates.
Only real solution is to sandbag a bit or push yourself stupid hard and try to play at higher/more organized level and get filtered.

Valve seemingly is perfectly balancing killing the skins market for their own gain with just about not killing the skins market because then their entire game will die.
I will probably go postal if I wake up to a new update banning P2P trading, which will happen in the coming decade

Like I specified in the other post, I'm not playing CS at the moment, just watching. So I'm not in the mood to spend money on a skin (MP7 Fade would have been the choice) and am just going to use the one Valve made me buy in oder to open cases.

Russians are straight up ruining NA CS and are making me understand racism. These draft dodging fetal alcoholic retards join games to intentionally just argue and fight people. 3 games in a row I've had some slavic retard just starting shit from round 1 and being anti-social for no reason
>game 1 pregame russian dude comes in chewing on his mic, we tell him stop, he says 'you have problem with me?' then says 'ya know what, I dont want to playh with you' and threw the whole game
>game 2 russian guy says go ramp, but we already bought smokes for outside, calls us retards, runs ramp with bomb, then spends the whole game calling us trash and saying 'he's not even trying'
>game 3 russian kid afks pistol, comes back, gets mad we lose anti-eco where we save, calls us idiots and retards, then mutes and goes no-comm the whole game
3 faceit games at Level 8/9, I'm 1740 after these fucking 3 loses.
I'm so fucking tired of Russians. I've genuinely always thought racism was cringe outside of edgy humor but these fucking cowards who fled the war are ruining the fucking game. Russians and slavs were confined to EU where at least there was a large enough player base that they were a minority.
So many of these inbred sub-40 IQ troglodytes have infected America that they are a sizeable population of the player base now. I can't go a single game without usually 2, sometimes I'm the only American in the lobby. Fucking parasites. I wish they could all go back home and fucking die in some fucking field while I get to watch on /wsg/
I understand why the rest of EU fucking hates these vermin filth. They're fucking impossible to work with and functionally braindead from birth.

Now You know how it is to play CS in Europe...
Normies will call You a psycho when You tell em this game should have RACIST rules - servers for your country only and cross-country play allowed only after having 8/10 trust levels.
>>
But this is what General Patton of Your armies told the press. You replaced an intelligent race with asiatic animals. First communism rules Europe - then rusians aren't a novelty anymore - then 60 years later it's invention of the internet and these creatures have the same rights to play the game as a 4-stack of Danes that can carry you even if you have les than 10 kills per game.
Call me crazy but this is a chain reaction and intelligent men understand this.

I sold my gloves a few months ago for like $700 and I bought like 40 games instead.
CS is just not fun anymore, everyone is insufferable, retarded, clueless and grief when you attempt to even slightly micromanage them

Bought artisan dot skates so I have easy access to the screws (so I can replace double clicking switches) and immediately noticed they 'dig' into the mousepad and get stuck when I push down. Replaced them with xraypad jade dots and these seem fine now.
Would I recommend dot skates? honestly no. I'm willing to bet out of all the players in the top 10 teams, nobody uses dots and are just on stock skates. They don't need it so why should you? Also as other guy said, you can really sperg out on this shit and end up like the guys on reddit who are buying like 20+ mice & pads looking for an "endgame".

>wired mice will always have cable drag, creating uneven directional resistance, ensuring your aim will never reach it's full potential
>wireless mice will always have wireless latency, causing your reaction speeds to go increase tenfold, ensuring your aim will never reach it's full potential
How to cope with this feeling?
Thinking magnetically suspended optic fibre cables are the future.
>>
Anyone got tips on improving aim? Returned to game a few months ago after quitting at DMG back when the r8 revolver came out and alot of my gamesense came back but my aim is dogshit compared to then. Is the stuff like "kill 50 bots, DM warmup etc." daily actually useful?
>>
>>2520163
I got better at aiming by having a daily routine of aim training and DMing on community servers. Roughly 40 minutes total of aim training and DM daily. Also Valve DM is full of shit players that won't help you improve so don't bother.
Repeat this for a few months to improve raw aim.
>>
>>
>>
Coming back to this game after 10 years. The old csgog threads on /vg/ would have a bunch of links to good guides with smokes, aim training etc. I remember a lot of the videos were by Adren, is his stuff still relevant?
I used to have a map with aim training dots but can't remember what it was called. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
I've also noticed half my autoexec commands seem to no longer work. Is there a new autoexec meta?
>>
>>2522473
Csnades.gg for line ups, there's plenty more websites like this.
Youtubers to learn from include austincs, biley, elmapuddy, fl0m, louiecs, mahone, Pol0, STYKO, Wa Tzu, WilsonCS. Mixed quality, some channels are former pros or are semi-pros, some are analysts, some are faceit demons, some are clickbait twitch streamers.
CS2 kitchen does good technical analysis of the game.
Cybershoke for good community DM, duels, retake etc servers
Leetify or cs2stats for your personal statistics (leetify also has a "focus area for improvement" function)
Refrag (paid service) for their prefire drills and warm-up routines. Very optional obviously.
Prosettings.net to see pro's gear
Aim_treeni_v3 has aim training dots but you'll probably be better off aim training in kovaaks or aimlab if that's what you're after
Csstats training map, aim_botz, recoil master are some popular warm-up maps
HLTV is still the home of CS2 esports and /magog/is where all the esports chatter belong. PHY CS YouTube channel does some nice storyline videos of CS2 esports, he's also a caster for tier 2 NA CS. The Cologne Valve Major Championship starts 2nd June btw.
Valve has tried very hard to move everything you'd do in console and autoexec to be doable in the in-game settings.
>>

Sorry if may be unrelated but
>binge CS YouTube for a bit
>Think to myself that it's been a while since I last played CS, might as well check out what's new
>Reinstall
>Hop into some Arms Race to warm up a little
>Keep getting insta headshotted in 0.15 seconds
>Uh, ok, maybe I'm just really bad
>Try some more Arms Race
>Same thing happens, a lot of players that just do insane 180s and insta headshots
>Cool
>Play some TDM
>Same thing, running headshots all the time
>Whatever, let's try some casual
>Literally everyone is Russian, has a name in Cyrillic and is speaking Russian
I then proceeded to get ass raped in Retakes before quitting out of boredom. Is the whole game like this? Just cheaters and Russians and Russian cheaters? Should I even bother trying comp at this point or has the ship left the port years ago?
Doesn't help that I've also switched my sens since I play other competitive games with lower sens
>>
What are some good resources to actually learn how to play this game? I'm new, and I got placed in GN1 - GN3 in most maps I've played. The problem is I don't really actually know how to play the game. I know a decent amount of utilities, certain angles and positions to hold. But I don't have much game sense, I don't know how to manage economy, and I don't know any actual 'strats'. Are there any non-extremely annoying youtubers to watch? mahone is the best I've seen, but he uploads once every 4 months and only has a few videos.
>>
>>2523431
a really slept on method of learning is by simply watching pro povs on youtube. while you might think "well I don't know WHY he did x like this", trust me that it's the best method. each round, you take a mental or physical note of what he did and maybe why he did it. this channel and playlist has pro povs that also shows keystrokes, utility cams, and their comms. just watch 1-2 each day and try to implement something you saw, e.g. an angle donk held on mirage or a strat he did. there's actually a saying in the cs community: a demo a day is the way

also, I'll offer to play with you and give you tips or help you climb ranking. up to you. drop your steam or discord but no pressure. not tooting my own horn but I've been playing for awhile and know a thing or two
>>
>>
>>
>>2523431
Most important I would say is just learning the base mechanics of the game really well ie strafing, recoil control, etc. For this I play mainly community DM through the website Cybershoke but there are other community server providers out there.
Do not try to improve on Valve DM servers - they are the absolute worst filled with bots.

Thanks Anon.
I've played a couple comp MM games now and I have a few questions.
Are free players able to play comp now? There were a bunch of mic-less default skin players in my games. It also seemed like at the end of matches most players had no ranks and the few who did were silver 2 or similar.
Are ranks now per map? It said 2 wins required and I thought that was to get a rank but it seems to be counting them separately per map.
F2P wasn't a thing last time I played so I'm somewhat confused.
Also, why do my teams keep losing hard (like 15-3). I'd expect matchmaking would be closer to 50:50 like I used to get.
>>
>>2525285
Also so far I haven't seen a single rank for the enemy team. Do they stay hidden at the end of the match now?
Sorry for all these basic questions Google give me shitty results which are just people's comments from years ago without any actual official or reliable source.
>>
>>2525285
you have to play premier. premier is the more accurate matchmaking experience that counts for all the maps. also you have to hit rank 10 or something to play premier. so competitive will have more new accounts
>>
>>2525285
Make damn sure you buy Prime status, it's like 10 bucks or something. F2P CS is full of cheaters. Prime CS has a lot less, especially if you have an old steam account cause Valve trust factor accounts for a lot of things.
Also watch pro CS, you learn so much through osmosis
>>
>>2525293
>>2525673
if ur on an old steam account and already bought CS u automatically have prime, but yea free CS and prime are seperate lobbies too, but it could well be just that ur playing in comp with other new accounts. Get to level 10 and try premier. If you're not on your OG csgo steam account make sure u buy prime again too
>>

The higher rating you are, the more people take it seriously and play properly.
I've watched my 5k friend play and people on his team would refuse to defuse the bomb just to troll, it was unbelievable. At higher ratings like 20k+, people will know instant smokes and play the meta

I like to pride myself on being a toxic asshole level player but I'm absolutely nothing compared to the average Faceit tryharding sociapath.
1 lost round and their minds are shattered. All they can do is completely freak out on some teammate who didn't properly trade their solo mid rush.

I usually don't like the point disarray nor the cobalt skulls but those look fantastic together. Post your inventory if you feel like it I'm interested in seeing what else you have to go with those gloves

Thanks but sadly my loadout is a mess. I only use the Point Disarray for DM stattrak farming while running a full gold loadout in MM. However with skin prices dropping I decided to get my dream gloves (cobalt skulls) and a bfk while everything else is still the same.

If you play NA east from like 4-6am does it get you in mixed trust factor games because of the lower player pool? I'll win 90% of my games if I get on early, but when I go on a late night grind the shit is tough and I lose most of my elo. Am I better of just sticking to faceit for late night games?
>>
>>2541238
On pistol rounds you can run and gun with glock and usp with 95% accuracy, there is no reason to counter strafe just hold one key and spam
But I feel the same about your experience, sometimes I think its the server, sometimes I think Valve has implemented some kind of thing where one team is seen earlier on screen than the other. One game I will be getting raped by everyone so hard I think theyre all cheating and then the next I will go 26-9, and then when I watch the demo it looks like IM cheating. idk

>NOOOO NOT MY HECKING ZIGGERINOS!!1
lmao, they're by far the biggest slav nation and have the largest diaspora abroad, calling any vodkaslurring retard a russian has a 99/100 accuracy rate
and thanks to things like faceit you can actually see their flags if they're not diaspora and surprise surprise, it's 99/100 of times a russian
>>
>>
do you guys experience the "warmup game" effect?
I get it, especially with a stack
meaning the first game of the day is relatively often a bit shaky, the second game is often likely the best, third is good and then it starts to slightly fall off game after game
>>
>>2542833
Sounds very normal to me. Even when I warm-up properly in DM and literally warm up my hands swinging my cross hair around, the first game I'm still playing cold. Probably a mental thing. Maybe play the first game of the day playing Cache competitive before you move onto Premier or faceit.

there are less than 1 million russian in the us.
most people you consider russians, are armenian, georgian, bulgarian, central asian, ukranian, belarusian, baltics.
of those there are 10s of millions combined
you are more likely meeting and non russian russian speaker than a real russian in the US you dumb fuck
but math is a amerilards weak point, doc said 2000 calories not 20000

But what about precision skates and mousepads? Or a balanced combination of speed skates with a precision pad? What about a speed pad with control skates?
You're not going back to stock before trying them I assume?
>>
>>2547456
nta, but games like cs are usually better to be played on slower pads ("mudpads"). Just check prosettings and see the players you rate most highly (ADVICE: Don't try to copy anyone's settings 1:1, you *DO* have personal preferences unique to you)
most of the famous aimers play on some thickish cloth pads
I think a lot of them (most?) play on default skates for consistency, but don't quote me on this.

How do I get better at flashing. I am 13k on premier, peaked at 15k, but my utility game, specifically flashes, is so fucking weak. I watched so many guides about them, but I feel like they barely help when I throw them, and my "team flash" stats are pretty atrocious on leetify.
One thing I did recently pick up and it has worked 3 times so far is doing that right click + momentary left click underhand throw up in the sky where they slowly float followed by swinging, people look away like 90% of the time due to how lofty they are in the air.
>>
>>2552055
going from a super low to high sens could throw u off if u havent trained the arm/wrist/fingertips... but yea minor sens changes hardly make a difference. I mean aim trainer autist trannies have figured this out forever ago. Aim is more hand eye coordination and muscle control than muscle memory. U get the muscle memory for a new sens in like 30 mins
>>
>>2553228
yea that 2nd part is the basic self flash. Other than that You can learn flashes for your teammates. Like the long flashes etc. If you're only 13k mostly focus on ur mechanics and trading/making yourself tradeable
>>
>>2553228
Some guy in my 5 stack is obsessed with flashes and keeps throwing random teamflashes that lose us rounds for no reason.
Like we're halfway onto the site already and he just realizes there's some epic flash to be thrown there and kills any momentum we had.
