They've got so factions many to choose from. Chaos undivided would've been best if only for a wider selection of enemies they could put in SM3.
I'd love to see Ork boyz, and some Khorne dudes. Sprinkle a few units from other factions (maybe necron if they aren't too much like T'sons) like in pic related and we're golden/

I think using Eldar as enemies would be a waste at best and at worst they would be really annoying to fight with their kiting bullshit.
Ideal SM3 would look like this

Memes aside, I don't believe devs should slavishly stick to SM simply because trivial stuff like game title is Space Marine. Actual game would benefit greatly from more content and variety which in 40k comes from plethora of different factions it has, both to play as and to murder. To waste this potential because of a game title is downright insane and autistic to me. It was already annoying that first game didn't have Orks playable.
Actually, this game doesn't really feel like Space Marine game to me to begin with. This glass cannon playstyle with constant dodging and parrying enemy attacks is not at all what I imagine Space Marine fantasy should be. It looks as off as that older now Hours Heresy fananimation, Death of Hope. But it is EXACTLY how I image Eldar would fight. This game feels like an accidental Eldar game with a Space Marine skin on top.
Making Space Marines more tanky and focusing on Block weapons would be more fitting for marines imo. They should feel like aggressive, walking tanks. Make them shrug off enemy attacks and hit strongly in return. This is how they look in DoW2 imo and they look great there.
Eldar should be prancing around, rolling on ground, parrying and countering enemy attacks in swashbuckling style and hoping to not get hit instead

There is no good primary. Melta have no ammo and a minute reload time, carbine is shit without kraken rounds, this thing is just dogshit.
Melee is purely reactive on power axe with barely enough damage to kill majoris.
Average lobby will prevent you from doing funny thing with chain grapple.
