For railway fights and equal level battles, any team should be good enough.
For pushing contents way above your level, or challenge fights, having a budget team is good enough. Which usually consists of 1 carry DPS (meta SSR) and 4 supports.
About core fights, I heard there are no SSR teams for those, although I haven't tried them.
Currently the only content needing 2 strong teams is Calculation Recording, for an extra 200 CS biweekly. It's not necessary.

My go to Sewing Kit dump is brocade related products, suit products, and Space Suit.
While Embroidery Thread dump is Silk Pillow and Flannel Pillow (to consume Cotton and Down).
And if I run out of materials to craft, I manually shear tons of sheep.

To lighten your irl sanity, focus on 1 item only, which is usually Ranshin Brocade Garment.
Brocade Garments only cost lots of silk at the first craft (Brocade), after that it uses Silk Thread which costs only a little. And the quantity of these is suberb too.
You can use tickets to kickstart silk production. And I craft Gold Thread manually to dump fatigue.

But I don't bother checking resonomics ever so I diversify my stuff and just submit + sell in prison.
