What am I supposed to pick from here? Also what is the deal with the duo Elites/bosses that are stronger and tougher when there are allies around them? How am I supposed to deal with the stage?

Depends on who you need accessories for. If you haven't unlocked them yet I'd just save the box. As far as the bosses I have no idea who you're talking about but I would suggest killing their allies first.

I am still doing the bot thing, I think. But these two in particular are extremely strong to me. I can break their arms and they still can attack with their railguns. Also they are somehow able to hold weapons and the railgun.

Focus on destroying turrets or jammers(those count as defeating pilots too) and call it a day, cross fingers next rotation your team is stronger than your opponents
