Why cant i win with this team?
I wanted to make a Swords Dance Venesaur Team but i jsut cant win with it
Theratically it should be good
Hes tankie and with synthese he should be able to easily set up and heal up but that doesnt work
hes to frail and gets beaten by Ice Beam or other physical threats so there is not much set up oppertunity with him
The only pokemon Venesaur has troubles with are Skarmory and Gengar but Magneton is ther to dealt with him and Claydole is speced in sp atk so he should be able to deal with Gengar but i cant win with it
I really want to make it work since Venesaur is one of my favorite mons and i used him for my latest Firered run
I also dont wanna use mons like Celebi or Jirachi because they are mythicals and not easily found in the game
If possible i want to build a team that i can also use in a playthrough but that doesnt work well
Am i just playin wrong or is my team fucked from the get go?

Yeah im not good at Gen 3 OU
I played it this past month since i have nothing better to do all day and havent gotten far
The absolute best i managed to do was 1250 and beat a 1500 guy but that felt more like luck
I also used a differnt team bacl then

The point of using Magneton is to remove physically defensive Steel threats. The benefit of using Magneton is allowing physically offensive threats to flourish. Your team is 5/6 special attackers. Magneton is weak on its own and using it is a trade-off for eliminating Skarmory; maximizing the benefit of Magneton is imperative—whereas you are using it essentially for only one mon, which won't even win you the game by itself.
Furthermore, "MagDol", especially with +Spe Magneton, is a control strategy which requires intimate knowledge of metagame patterns in order to use effectively, which you don't have. Only full Modest Magneton has even a chance to faint every Skarmory, whereas Timid doesn't even KO the most popular, and so lets it survive, still able to wall your Venusaur, and able to switch around your attempts to Magtrap it afterward. You also will fall for spinblocking tricks when trying to use Claydol, who can't even hurt Skarmory with this set.
Your Blissey is underpowered and underdefensed, with only 1 move and a non-Def boosting nature. It will be very easy to play around.
Your Vaporeon set is passive and Vaporeon itself provides less than stellar defensive utility in the metagame compared to the tiered bulky waters, with inferior stats, typing, firepower, and healing capabilities. It is not a bad mon necessarily but not for beginners.
Your Zapdos is walled by Electric resists and immunities and you have no Spikes on your team to punish switches and optimize Roar.
That's why you're failing currently.

Switch Claydol for CB Meta for immediate power. If you're using your Mag right you don't need spin
Also switch Vaporeon for CM Suicune as a second wincon.
Fix those nonsense Blissey EVs (and switch Aroma for something else, your team isn't slow enough to need it) and make Magneton modest as the other anon said.

>”Why am I losing”
If you want to win, you need to stop putting arbitrary restrictions on yourself. Follow the advice of the other anons in this thread, replace Vaporeon with Suicune, and slap a Ttar on your team.
