For Hitmonchan, unironically Iron Fist is the biggest problem.
Iron Fist is an underpowered ability that is a trap ability more often than not. Hitmonchan's best builds all use either no Iron Fist moves, or maybe Drain or Mach Punch.
If it had like, Regenerator, to reference recovering between boxing rounds, or Guts, or almost anything else, it would be in a better place.
