The first season is pure 90s anime kino, if you try to watch it without knowing what Pokémon is, it's an honnest 8/10

The its a gradual decline until S4/5 where I d say its becomes borderline unwatchable.

Hoenn is still too repetitive for my taste, Sinnoh is the the best the formula every gets to be

Haven't watched BestWishes but I hear the latter half is ok, the early parts are rumored to be the worst ( imo its johto and early hoenn (S4-7))

X and Y try for real and its refreshing, still flawed but the peak are trully good

SM is really different from what came before but I havent finished it but people love it

I have caught pieces of Journeys and I have no idea what is worth, sounds a but underwheliming but fans are ofter wrong about everything so idk

HORIZON is kino so far

Don't watch all for sure
Watch S1, XY and Horizon (maybe SM if you are into it)
